The 4.5-room top-floor apartment with mezzanine is characterized by a large, light-flooded living and dining area with a semi-open kitchen. The apartment also offers three bedrooms, a library, a bathroom and a guest WC. The south-facing balcony offers a unique and unobstructed view of the Alpine panorama, including the Wispile, Oldenhorn, Eggli and Videmanette.
The all-purpose room on the lower ground floor, equipped with a kitchenette and shower room, is very practical. It is used by the current owners as a guest room.
