- A wardrobe and a bookcase
- Access to wired internet and WiFi
The rooms are private and can be locked. Common areas, such as the kitchen, rest area and bathroom, are to be shared.
A common laundry room is also available to tenants, with a usage rate in addition to the monthly rent.
Monthly rent for a room: CHF 440.00
Both rooms will be available from July 1, 2024.
