2-room studio on the 4th floor (with elevator) in Carl-Vogt 39 available for lease takeover from May 1, 2024 (with maximum flexibility of 15 days before and after). The current lease runs until March 31, 2026 (you can request an extension from the management company, NAEF, if necessary).
- The monthly rent is 1520 CHF, with charges of 50 CHF, for a total of 1570 CHF per month.
- Separate kitchen equipped with an efficient cooktop, oven and dishwasher. There is no fridge or washing machine (there is a laundromat 2 minutes from the building), but there is enough space to fit both, as well as a small dining table.
- The living room is unfurnished, except for a few built-in cupboards, but it can easily accommodate a large bed, a sofa and a large dining table;
- both rooms get lots of natural light, which is my favorite part of the apartment!
- The bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need.
- I have not been assigned a cave, but you can ask the management to have one.
The location is perfect: large COOP and Migros, less than a minute away; pharmacy, cafes and restaurants nearby; bus stop (2 and 19) right in front of the entrance to the building; Junction tram stop 5 minutes away; nice park behind the building; river one street away.
