A small kitchenette is installed in a separate room (also tenant-side). The toilet facility is located on the 1st basement floor (elevator available) and is shared with the other commercial units. A dark parquet floor (tenant-side) has been laid throughout the rental property, and the basic fittings are ceramic floor tiles. The tenant-side fittings can be taken over if required.
