General informations
The future plot will be created within the framework of a grouping and a cadastral division .

Currently, there are 7 plots. These plots will be grouped together and then they will be separated in two in the North-South direction to form two identical plots intended for sale. It is the eastern plot that is for sale, the western one is already reserved.

Note that the mentioned surface of 720 m2 is indicative (not contractual). Because the exact surface will be calculated by the surveyor as part of the redesign.

The small house (rue du Ténor 20) which is currently on one of the plots, will be destroyed by the seller at his own expense.
