We are looking for a lessee for our offices. Ideally by October 1, 2023, but these premises can also be taken over later by agreement.
The rental contract must be taken over under the same conditions and for the same use. Possibly also possible as sales area / shop.
The office is 100m2 and has a directly accessible cellar/archive of an additional 16m2.
The kitchen can be taken over after discussion with a contribution to the costs.
