Welcome to your new shared room. It's fully furnished and ready for you. The centerpiece is a sustainably produced Swiss bed with a high-quality Swiss-made mattress. The pillow and down comforter are freshly prepared. The spacious wardrobe holds all your clothes, and there's additional storage space. A desk with a chair serves as both a workspace and a dining area. The lighting is pleasantly bright. Fast, free Wi-Fi is available. In the shared kitchen, you'll find a refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave. The kitchen and bathroom are cleaned regularly.

You'll find the same accommodation concept at all our locations. For over 15 years, we've optimized everything to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. Kitchen
You share the modern, spacious kitchen with your roommates. There's room in the refrigerator for your food. An oven and microwave are also available. Storage space in the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator is assigned to each room. You have your own closets and storage areas where you can keep everything.
Bathroom
You will be sharing the modern bathroom with your roommates. We place great importance on cleanliness and order. That's why the kitchen and bathroom are regularly and thoroughly cleaned by us. We would be happy to show you during a visit how important cleanliness is to us. In the bathroom, if sufficient storage space is available, you will have your own shelves where you can store your toiletries. Please note that we expressly require all roommates to leave the bathrooms clean and tidy after use. If we receive complaints, we will first attempt to resolve the issue through dialogue. If this proves insufficient, we will have to terminate your lease. Cleanliness and hygiene are an absolute requirement!
Living in a shared flat
Our apartment isn't your typical shared flat. You'll share a kitchen and bathroom with friendly and respectful flatmates. There's no living room. Tenants generally only use the apartment for sleeping and are away during the day. We greet each other politely, but there's no real communal living. Respecting quiet hours and hygiene rules is essential. We want everyone to feel comfortable. Our tenants are looking for affordable yet well-maintained accommodation.
