Leysin is a Swiss commune in the canton of Vaud, located in the district of Aigle at an altitude of 1,260 m. A mountain commune, it is located in the Vaud Pre-Alps.

For buildings or parts of buildings used for housing, the rules of collective housing zone B (art. 24bis) apply.

The Municipality may impose, along public roads or the boundaries of neighboring properties, the planting of tree lines, hedges or lawn maintenance. In this case, it sets the species to be used.
