The current situation :

The complex is located in La Cibourg, a few minutes from La Chaux-de-Fonds.

Located in an agricultural area, the situation is calm and sunny.

Body A is the only one of massive construction. The 1st floor is accessible by an external locksmith staircase. An administrative part occupies the south of the level (heated by radiators). A mezzanine under the roof (wooden structure) is equipped with a kitchen area (basic layout with stainless steel sink, small fridge and auxiliary boiler) and a WC/sink.

Body B forms a link with the large workshop of body C. It serves as a depot. Its structure is light, the volume unheated, ground coated with tar.

Body C constitutes the actual workshop. It also benefits from a WC and a small kitchenette.

Body D accommodates 2 spaces (including a painting workshop) and a covered area in the courtyard.

90% of the premises are heated (radiators and/or air heaters).

Subject to acceptance, possibility of dividing the surface and renting only part of it.
