Future work planned in the building
Replacement of the heating system and hot water production. The building is already benefiting from an oil-fired condensing boiler, but we must switch to renewable energy by 2050.
A few owners have not yet replaced their windows but this is a private expense.
As for the building, the painting of the facades and renovation of the balconies have been undertaken as well as the complete repair of the roof with the addition of extra thickness insulation.
