Room for sublet in Therapeutic Cabinet

I have been an acupuncturist and practitioner for more than 9 years already (superb collaboration with an osteopath) and I am looking to sub-let my second room in my new office 2 or 3 days a week, Mondays, Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays but only at an osteopath, psychologist or approved RME ASCA therapist. Someone professional and friendly with whom to share our beautiful therapeutic practices.

Pretty fully renovated room (parquet and paint) in a magnificent 95 m2 office in Grandvaux. No vis-à-vis and quiet with a view of nature and the lake. Only 5 minutes by car from the town of Lutry and the "Lutry" motorway exit.

The waiting room as well as the corner of the therapists are arranged. A small terrace is also available.

Easy parking, spaces available for therapist and clients.

Rent CHF 50.-/day charges in proportion to working days, to be discussed.
