This traditional chalet located in the Kleve district of the famous Haute-Nendaz ski resort is nestled on elevated grounds. It was designed and built in 2010 by famous Valais architect Jean-Daniel Masserey and has been extremely well cared for and maintained.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large open-plan living room with fireplace, a dining area and a kitchen. The vast enveloping terrace is accessible from the living room, offering a magnificent view of Haut-Nendaz, the Alps and the Rhône valley.

The second floor consists of a second entrance hall, a second reception room with fireplace, an additional kitchen with breakfast area and a guest toilet. The top floor has 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms.

In addition, the property benefits from a large ski storage room, a storage room, an entrance from the street which leads to a private elevator and a double garage.
