The small apartment is equipped with a double bed, a dining table that can also be used as a desk for working and studying, a television and a small kitchen equipped with the essentials for preparing meals. The bathroom with shower completes the one-room apartment (toilet with grab bars and walk-in shower for wheelchair users).
Each apartment has a small private garden with coffee tables and chairs to enjoy the mild Ticino climate all year round.
\ nA towel set as well as bed linen and blankets are included for each person. We also give you a care kit. We also provide a basket with the essentials for a breakfast.
Mandatory costs that are added to the total rent (to be paid directly on our website):
