Located in the quiet residential area of Viganello, just a few minutes from the Lido of Lugano, its lake and the Ciani Park and 5 minutes by car from the center, ideal location for excursions into the city and its surroundings. The light falls abundantly through the large windows in the living room, from which you can access the terrace that frames the apartment: enjoy a good Ticino wine here at sunset and watch the sun set over the city!
The Living room is divided into a dining area with a table for 4 people and a TV area with a sofa and flat screen TV for watching a family movie. The table is also perfect as a workspace when you are traveling on business! The kitchen is separate, corner kitchen, fully equipped with appliances and everything you need to prepare meals.
The 4 beds are divided into two double bedrooms, one with a view of the terrace and a large two-door wardrobe, the other has An open compartment with shelves and a chest of drawers to store your wardrobe.
A set of towels as well as bed linen and blankets are included for each person. We also give you a care kit. We also provide a basket with the essentials for a breakfast.

Any commercial activity is prohibited within the apartment.
