Ideally located on the village square in the center of shops close to the welness pool and of course the ski lifts. This crossing apartment has a comfortable and friendly distribution to accommodate family and group of friends.
We find the northern night, with three bedrooms with nice wooden floors, as well as a bathroom with bathtub.
Down a few steps facing south, the day part, with a small fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room that gives access to a large balcony with breathtaking views of the Alps.
This property is habitable in the state and can be bought furnished. The current owners sometimes rent by the week, (600 .- / week in the summer and 1400 .- / week in the winter).
This apartment can be sold as a second home.
