Rental properties:
The shop is located in the middle of the city center in a good, attractive pedestrian area. It is also conveniently located right next to the bus loop (Centralplatz) in Kriens. Buses 1, 15 and 16 as well as the post bus stop there at regular intervals. The motorway can be reached within 5 minutes.

Shop
The building is rented out as a shell (floor prepared for your own floor covering, walls with base plaster, concrete ceiling and concrete column raw). Existing floor covering can be retained if necessary. The shop window front is stove-enamelled black-brown and equipped with electric vertical awnings. There are connections for cold and hot water as well as drains for a small kitchen.
Please note that catering concepts cannot be taken into account.

Toilet:
The toilet is fully equipped with a toilet, washbasin and mirror. The utility room can be converted to make it wheelchair accessible by the tenant. Sanitary and electrical installations are available, the floor and walls are bare.

Generally:
- Geothermal heat pump with central boiler and individually adjustable underfloor heating
- Consumption-based heating and hot water billing

Parking:
Two outdoor parking spaces in front of the shop can be rented for CHF 80.-/month each.

Camp:
