This 3.5-room cottage with large terrace and garden is located at 408 meters above sea level, in a quiet and sunny position in Semione. It can be reached all year round.

The rustic (secondary residence) has 2 floors and the living area is approximately 65 m2, with a plot of 768 m2. For the renovation, a project that respects the original character already exists, with plans, plant and septic tank (about CHF 280,000.--). Das Projekt umfasst ein Erdgeschoss mit Küche und Wohn-/Essbereich. Der Garten, der nach Belieben genutzt werden kann, ist ideal, um die langen Tage der Sommersaison zu verbringen. Das Obergeschoss verfügt, auf der Grundlage des Bauprojekts, hingegen über 2 Schlafzimmer (ein im Dachboden) und ein Badezimmer/WC.
