In Chiasso, a lovely municipality located in the extreme south of Ticino, in the magnificent Mendrisiotto and lower Ceresio region, we rent several modern 2½-room apartments.
The apartments have been completely renovated and are located in a beautiful, central and comfortable building in the city center of Chiasso.
The homes have a living area of approx. 56m² and feature a comfortable bedroom, a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room and a comfortable bathroom with bathtub covered in beautiful white and green marble tiles.
The building has a limited number of private parking spaces. For residents, however, it is possible to request authorization from the city of Chiasso to park their car in public car parks in the blue zone.
Chiasso is easily accessible by public transport and by car. The town is located on the border with neighboring Italy and has all the main services.

The works are completely renovated and be found in one simple, central location and practical location in the Stadtzentrum of Chiasso.
The object has a flat surface of approx. 56m² and verfügen über a comfortable Schlafzimmer, a hellen Wohnbereich with voll ausgestatteter Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sowie a comfortables Bad with Badewanne, welches with schönen white and grünen Marblefliesen ausgelegt ist.
Das Gebäude verfügt über eine begrenzte Anzahl von Privatparkplätzen. Allerdings können die Inwohner bei der Stadt Chiasso eine Bewilligung beantragen, um ihr Car auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen in der blauen Zone abzustellen.
Chiasso is sowohl with öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln als auch mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. The Stadt lies in the Grenze zu Italy and verfügt über to the wichtigen Dienstleistungen.
