In Chiasso, a lovely municipality located in the extreme south of Ticino, in the magnificent Mendrisiotto and lower Ceresio region, we rent several 2½-room apartments.

The apartments have been completely renovated and are located in a beautiful, central and comfortable building in the city center of Chiasso.

At the price of CHF 1'070.— plus CHF 120.— of additional costs we rent two types of 2½-room apartments, type 1 and type 2 respectively.

The apartments of type 1 have a living area of approx. 60.90m² and have a large terrace of 7.80m². The objects on the higher floors enjoy a beautiful open view of the mountains.

The properties consist of a long and comfortable corridor with built-in wardrobes, a spacious bathroom with shower covered in beautiful green and white marble tiles, a spacious bedroom and a bright living area with open kitchen and access to the large terrace.

The apartments of type 2 have a living area of approx. 54.90 m². Each home has two terraces, one of 5.62 m² accessible from the bedroom and the other of 8.04 m² accessible from the living area. The bedroom overlooks the popular Boffalora square. These apartments, from the higher floors, also enjoy a beautiful open view.

The properties consist of a spacious living area with a semi-open kitchen, a spacious bathroom with bathtub covered in beautiful white and green marble tiles and a spacious bedroom with access to the second terrace.

The building has a limited number of private parking spaces. For residents, however, it is possible to request authorization from the city of Chiasso to park their car in public car parks in the blue zone.

Chiasso is easily accessible by public transport and by car. The town is located on the border with neighboring Italy and has all the main services.
