South of Ticino, in the beautiful Mendrisiotto and Basso Ceresio region, more precisely in the pretty municipality of Chiasso, we rent several 2½-room apartments.
The building where the objects are located has been completely renovated and finished by combining elegance, modernity and attention to detail.
The QUIET apartment:
This type of apartment has a living area of 50 m². The apartments consist of a large living area with dining room, a bright kitchen, a comfortable bathroom with tub, a large corridor, a bright bedroom and a large 10m² balcony.
The apartments are located in a quiet area of the condominium. Excellent «pied-à-terre» for singles,
couples, students and workers traveling between Switzerland and Italy.
There are 7 apartments available, one on each floor of the building. The houses on the higher floors enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the town.
The condominium is located in the immediate vicinity of the Chiasso railway station, shops and all the main infrastructures.
Chiasso is easily accessible by public transport and by car. The Municipality borders with neighboring Italy, more precisely with the beautiful Lombardy.
The condominium has a limited number of parking spaces in the garage, however residents can request authorization from the city of Chiasso to park their cars in the "blue zone" public parking spaces.

Das Gebäude, in dem sich die Wohnungen befinden, wurde komplett renoviert und mit viel Eleganz, Modernität und Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung "QUIET":
Dieser Wohnungstyp hat eine Wohnfläche von 50 m². Die Objekte bestehen aus einem großen Wohnbereich mit Esszimmer, einer hellen Küche, einem komfortablen Badezimmer mit Badewanne, einer großen Diele, einem hellen Schlafzimmer und einer große 10m² Terrasse.
Die Wohnungen befinden sich in einer ruhigen Lage des Gebäudes. Ideal Pied-à-Terre for Singles,
Paare, Studenten und Arbeitnehmer, die zwischen der Schweiz und Italien pendeln.
Es gibt 7 verfügbare Wohnungen, eine auf jeder Etage des Gebäudes. Die Wohnungen in den oberen Etagen bieten einen schönen Panoramablick auf die Stadt.
Die Wohnanlage befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs Chiasso, der Geschäfte und aller wichtigen Infrastrukturen.
Chiasso ist sowohl mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln als auch mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Die Gemeinde grenzt an das benachbarte Italien, an die schöne Lombardei.
Das Gebäude verfügt über eine begrenzte Anzahl von Parkplätzen in der Garage. Die Einwohner von Chiasso können jedoch bei der Gemeinde eine Bewilligung beantragen, um ihr Auto auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen in der blauen Zone abzustellen.

Die Mindestvertrags Dauer beträgt ein Jahr.
