This type of apartment has a living area of 66m² and has large terraces of 24m², where, during the hottest period of the year, it is possible to spend pleasant moments in company.
The apartments are made up of a large living area, two bright bedrooms, a large entrance hall, a bathroom with tub and an eat-in kitchen. The value of these apartments is the generous organization of the internal and external spaces.

The available home is located on the 2nd floor of the building and enjoys a beautiful view of the city. This is the ideal home for young couples, families and for those who like to work from home.

The condominium is located in the immediate vicinity of the Chiasso railway station, shops and all the main infrastructures.

Chiasso is easily accessible by public transport and by car. The Municipality borders with neighboring Italy, more precisely with the beautiful Lombardy.

The condominium has a limited number of parking spaces in the garage, however residents can request authorization from the city of Chiasso to park their cars in the "blue zone" public parking spaces.

Das Gebäude, in dem sich die Wohnungen befinden, wurde komplett renoviert und mit viel Eleganz, Modernität und Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung "GENEROSO":
Dieser Wohnungstyp hat eine Wohnfläche von 66 m² und verfügt über eine riesige 24 m² große Terrasse, wo man an den heißesten Tagen des Jahres angenehme Momente mit Familie und Freunden genießen kann. Die Wohnungen verfügen über einen großen Wohnbereich, zwei helle Schlafzimmer, eine geräumige Eingangshalle, ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine Wohnküche. Der Wert dieser Wohnungen liegt in der großzügigen Gestaltung der Innen- und Außenräume.

Die angebotene Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock des Gebäudes und bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt. Sie ist das ideal Zuhause für junge Paare, Familien und diejenigen, die gerne von zu Hause aus arbeiten.

Die Wohnanlage befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs Chiasso, der Geschäfte und aller wichtigen Infrastrukturen.

Chiasso ist sowohl mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln als auch mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Die Gemeinde grenzt an das benachbarte Italien, an die schöne Lombardei.

Das Gebäude verfügt über eine begrenzte Anzahl von Parkplätzen in der Garage. Die Einwohner von Chiasso können jedoch bei der Gemeinde eine Bewilligung beantragen, um ihr Auto auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen in der blauen Zone abzustellen.
