It is a beautiful large and sunny plot that is not part of a farm, therefore a possible splitting is possible.
Currently the land is not buildable but is inserted in a residential context (residential area with the exclusion of construction).
On the ground there is a nice roccolo that can be raised up to a height of 9 meters from the natural ground and cannot undergo horizontal expansion interventions.
It is possible to build an external staircase to the roccolo to pass from one floor to another, in a modern, light and transparent material and shape (masonry is prohibited).
The roof can be pitched (with the usual slope of the place) or flat.
There is a small storage room near the roccolo, whose maintenance is allowed.

Auf dem Boden befindet sich ein schönes Roccolo welches bis auf eine Höhe von 9 m vom natürlichen Gelände aufgestockt werden kann. Eine horizontale Ausdehnung ist hingegen nicht möglich.
Sie können eine Außentreppe anbauen um von einem Stockwerk zum anderen zu gelangen. Das Material und Form müssen leicht und transparent sein (Mauerwerk ist verboten).
Das Dach kann ein Giebeldach sein mit ortsüblicher Schrägung oder aber auch ein Flachdach.
In der Nähe des Roccolo gibt es einen Abstellraum welcher renoviert werden darf.
