Single-family house with co-owned courtyard

The single-family house overlooks the beautiful square of Melano. The ground floor includes the kitchen with exit to the co-owned courtyard. Here we find a table with wooden benches having to be able to eat outdoors. On the first floor you reach the room with a fireplace and a guest service. On the second floor a bedroom with comfortable built-in wardrobes and a bathroom with tub. The large room on the attic floor could be divided into two separate rooms. At this level we find a further bathroom with shower and the laundry room.

The house is sunny and the top floor has a nice view down to the lake.

Near the square there is a large public car park and a playground with a picnic area in the shade of a huge tent. For residents, the entrance to the municipal beach is free.
