PS: The house was completely renovated in 1990, so that it was in mint condition at the time. The 1964 vintage was given the technical construction year 1990. After that, the necessary renovations were carried out on an ongoing basis. Upcoming renovations are included in the purchase price.

PPS: At the moment, new utility lines are being laid at Rebhalde and in the surrounding area. The plan is to replace these at the same time and bring the building back up to the latest standard.
