Eggenwil, idyll on the Reuss. That's what it says on the community website. According to the Duden definition, that's absolutely true. But the 5.5-room terraced apartment on the edge of the agricultural zone fits the description of the word even more accurately.

This is where your heart beats faster and your pulse goes down. The latter in unexpected quiet zones. Pure relaxation is what you get when you live in this masterpiece. And that on over 180m2 of net living space including laundry and technical room in the isolated area of the apartment. There are also over 210m2 of usable space, which completes the gross area, which is yours alone. "Belongs to you", you might say. And it is also a lot of fun to live in this space.
