The 5 buildings stand as point structures on the slope and are washed by the landscape. In close cooperation with the landscape architect, the buildings were integrated into the environment in the best possible way, in particular the connection to the underground car park was provided with planted steps and thus became part of the environment. The staggered arrangement of the buildings creates spaces in between, through which the rear buildings also benefit from the unique view of the unique Valais mountains. The spaces in between are formulated in a variety of ways and offer residents various options for use.

The facades show a graduation on the valley side. A play with incisions and parapets running around the corners shapes the volume and breaks the scale of the building.

The living rooms are each arranged around an outdoor area. The dining and living areas are designed as room chambers, which show a certain independence, but still interact with each other.
