The two-family house is located in the hamlet "Viertel" east of the village of Grengiols. The 4-room apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house. In about 6 - 10 minutes you are in the village center, at the train station or at the valley station of the aerial cableway to Bettmeralp.

The hamlet "Viertel" is also the starting point of the old "Römerweg" to Binn or over the "Fugge-Pass" into the Binntal. Both very popular tours on foot or by bike.

A tarred district road leads from the village to the house. There is one or two parking spaces by the house. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Access to the apartment is via an outside staircase.
