Two 4.5 room terrace apartments are planned on each of the first three levels. Alternative floor plans with 3.5 rooms are possible if required.
Thanks to the many windows, the rooms are very bright with a spacious living and dining area and open kitchen (46.6 m²). The main living rooms have a wonderful view towards the Black Forest or Laubberg and direct access to the large sun terrace. The parents' area has a dressing room with en suite shower/toilet. On each floor there is an open, green access area in the middle with stairs and access to the elevator.
