Expansion:
On the ground floor you enter the 4.5-room apartment into the open kitchen, which is connected to the large living and dining room, impresses with its beam construction. From the dining room you access the balcony. Opposite is the spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and double sink. Via the corridor you go to the master bedroom on the right and into the children's room on the left. An internal staircase takes you to the upper floor with the 3rd bedroom.

Environment, connection:
Intschi is a district of Gurtnellen in the canton of Uri and lies at 657 meters. In the Reuss valley on the orographic left side and 3 km south of the Amsteg district of the municipality of Silenen. In this area, the Gotthard motorway switches over the Intschi Bridge to the other side of the valley. There is another stop on the Gotthard Railway near Intschi.
The community consists of numerous districts. Gurtnellen-Dorf (935 m above sea level) lies on the slope on the left side of the Reuss. Down in the Reuss Valley lies Gurtnellen-Wiler (741 m above sea level), 1.5 km south of it. The train station and the village school are there.
Gurtnellen can be reached by car within 35 minutes from Lucerne (Amsteg motorway exit). In less than an hour you can drive over the Gotthard into Ticino, over the Oberalp into Graubünden or over the Furka into Valais. In 30 minutes you can be in the largest and hottest Alpine resort in Andermatt or 80 minutes in the cultural city of Zurich.
