THE DREAMY CHALET IN THE FAIRY-TALE FOREST: ENCHANTING HOLIDAY CHALET WITH 4.5 ROOMS AND A SEPARATE STUDIO
This cozy chalet seems to have come straight from the fairy tale of Hansel and Gretel. The enchanting property is embedded in a picturesque pine forest and offers a breathtaking, unobstructed view over the surrounding meadows and the mountains.
The chalet is lovingly divided into a 4.5-room apartment and a studio and has been renovated with a lot of dedication and commitment over the last five years. Among other things, new windows, floors, bathrooms and a modern kitchen were installed.
On the upper floor you will find a cozy, large living and dining room with access to the balcony and garden. The new kitchen and one of the two modern shower rooms are also located here.
The attic houses three charming little bedrooms, one with three beds, one with a double bed and the third with a single bed.
On the ground floor of the chalet you will find a separate studio with its own shower room and tea kitchen. This will be fitted with oak parquet until the end of May.
The sunny garden offers a charming wooden hut with a sauna and storage room, which will also be completed by the end of May.
In the snow-free months, access to the house is possible without any problems. In winter you can reach the chalet in a few minutes on foot from the public car park, where you have winter parking rights.
The chalet is sold furnished and the furniture is included in the purchase price.
