The design of the surroundings features the forms of private, semi-public and public areas that recur throughout the project. - The cleverly designed apartments offer space for retreat at any time, while at the same time a spacious and carefully designed environment and lobby draws people together.
- Purchased apartments must be sold back to BEWIA AG (at the same price). This ensures that the apartments do not become objects of speculation and that BEWIA's vision can be realized in the long term.
