Location quality
Därligen is located in the center of the Bernese Oberland, in the uppermost bay of the left bank of Lake Thun. The distance to Interlaken is 5 km. Spiez and Thun are also not far away. An interesting place, especially for winter sports enthusiasts, as a starting point for the nearby ski resorts such as Grindelwald, Wengen, Mürren, Adelboden or Kandersteg etc. In summer, Därligen offers two popular bathing facilities. The “Tracht” bathing complex with a bathing meadow directly on Lake Thun and the public bathing area “at Wöscherhus”.

Quality of living
The exciting house offers various possible uses (generational house, renting out an apartment, etc.). There are two rooms, a toilet and a shower built into the garden level (basement). The kitchen could be reactivated with little effort. There are a total of 6 rooms on the ground floor and top floor. The living area was designed to be open (walls knocked out). In the top floor there are 3 bedrooms and an open forecourt. Enjoy the seating area and the rock garden behind the house. The open kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with all the necessary elements and appliances.

Build quality/standard
The house has been renovated in stages since 2013. The windows were replaced in 2020. The electrical systems were overhauled (new panel) and a new pellet heating system was installed in 2020.
