Holiday chalet in the middle of the ski slopes

On each side of the chalet passes a ski slope. Located at the top of the Route des Clèves, after the car park, this chalet dominates the resort with a very beautiful view not only of the skiers but also of the resort, the mountains of the northern Alps and part of the Rhône valley.

Log chalet, built in 1870, beautifully renovated in 2018, half-excavated, you will find in the basement a boiler room and ski maintenance workshop as well as a cellar with a covered area serving as a barbecue area. On the ground floor, it is composed of an open kitchen, a living/dining room with wood heating, a shower room and a corner balcony with terraces on each side. Upstairs, you will find a north-east facing bedroom with a dressing room which could very well serve as a bedroom, a large north-west facing bedroom, all with an exit to the balcony and a shower toilet.

It is equipped with a wood heater and a heat pump. Access is by car in summer and on foot (with skis or snowshoes) or by quad in winter, a distance of approx. 300m. You have a covered parking space under the terrace.
