The multi-family house "Pollux" is located in the eastern part of Grächen, near the sports center of Grächen. The Hannigalp mountain railways can be easily reached in about 3 minutes on foot. The studio is located on the 1st floor of the apartment building. It is very spacious and equipped with good materials. The west-facing balcony invites you to sunny evenings. A common laundry room and ski room is available for shared use. The studio is sold including inventory, a cellar and an outside parking space.
