High above the Vispertal, 1500 m above sea level. M., on a sunny southern slope is the mountain village Törbel. The village is characterized by the sun-tanned houses and the narrow streets, as well as a very closed construction; a typical Valais mountain village, as is rarely found.
The completely renovated Walliserhaus is located near the church in the lower part of the village. The beautiful bistro is on the ground floor and attracts locals and tourists. On the 1st floor there is the hall / common room, a well-equipped kitchen and the 2 1/2 room apartment.
