Description
This authentic 5.5-room log chalet is composed as follows:

On the 1st floor: an entrance hall leading to a first shower room with WC, washbasin and shower, a fitted kitchen with dining area, a spacious living room with soapstone dating from 1805 and a spacious bedroom. This floor also benefits from access to a south-facing balcony.
On the ground floor: a bedroom that could be used as a study, two large bedrooms, one with a fireplace, and a shower room with toilet, washbasin and bath.
Basement: cellar/carnotzet.
In the adjacent building: two PPE cellars.

Location
Located in the district of Sierre, in the commune of Anniviers, approximately 12 minutes by car from the resort of Grimentz and 15 minutes from Saint-Luc, Cuimey is a small hamlet nestling on a hillside above the road. It dates back to the late 19th century and is characterised by its log buildings clustered around the chapel.

Access/Public transport and shops
The chalet is located 30 minutes from Sierre and access to the A9 motorway, and just 5 minutes from the village of Vissoie, where you'll find all the shops and restaurants you need. The tourist resorts of Grimentz, Saint-Luc and Zinal are also within easy reach in both summer and winter.
