The "Les Mélèzes" residence is ideally located on the 1800 landing of the Thyon-Les Collons resort. The Tourist Office as well as the entertainment center (refreshment bar, ice rink and playground for children) are located a few steps from the building. Local shops (supermarket, bakery, sports shops?) and restaurants complete the offer.

The "Trabanta" ski lifts are 900 meters away. Travel in the resort is facilitated by the free shuttle bus in winter.

The residence also has an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness room and a games room. A collective terrace and a laundry room are reserved for residents only.



The apartment
This 2.5 room apartment, located on the 2nd floor, has a pleasant and spacious living space. The North-West facing balcony offers appreciable afternoon sunshine in all seasons. Ideal for a family! Children can reach all the important amenities for them on foot (ski slopes, playground, shuttle and postal bus stops.)

Very practical as a holiday apartment for a family thanks to its large living room which allows for a large sofa bed.
