The house was built in 1971. The comfortable 4-room apartment is on the first floor. The floor plan of the apartment is square and very practical. The apartment is handicapped accessible. The large, south-facing balcony on the quiet Niedergampel road is accessible from the kitchen and the living room. It has a parking space and a garage in the house. There is plenty of visitor parking across the street. Both bedrooms have excellent views of the countryside and the mountains.
There is one bathroom with a shower and one with a bathtub.

Niedergampel is a quiet little village. The municipality is located in the upper German-speaking part of the Rhone Valley at the southern end of the Lötschental. Gampel-Bratsch is the easternmost municipality of the Leuk district and borders the Lonza river. The Lonza town of Visp can be easily reached in 18 minutes by car or public transport. The Turtmann train station is a 5-minute walk away.
