Mountain chalet for nature lovers

This detached property in the hamlet of Finilu at just under 2000 meters above sea level is located around 45 minutes' walk from the mountain station of the Stalden-Gspon cable car. It is accessible via a well-maintained wide hiking trail. In winter there is snow and the chalet can be reached on snowshoes or skis. The chalet is insulated and can also be used in winter.

The chalet was built in 1863 as a stable barn. The conversion into a chalet began around 30 years ago. In recent years, the chalet has been completely renovated by the owner to a high standard. The chalet is habitable and needs no major renovation work, only the floor of the balcony could be renewed. The roof, for example, is in good condition. On the west side of the chalet there is an extension that belongs to the municipality. On the east side there is a dilapidated stable that the municipality needs to dismantle.

The living pleasure is underlined by the well-kept condition of the chalet, the quiet location with distant views of the beautiful mountains, the garden and the prestige of a detached and own property.

In winter, there are two ski lifts with snow-sure ski slopes. Those who prefer a quieter pace can enjoy a leisurely snowshoe tour through the highest Swiss stone pine forests in the Alps.
