St-Luc is one of its most picturesque villages and boasts the spectacular St-Luc-Chandolin ski area (70 km of slopes culminating at 3000 metres). The old village exudes the special charm of the old hamlets. Just a few minutes by car are enough to reach one of the other areas in the valley: Grimentz-Zinal and Vercorin. Sierre is 30 minutes away and Sion 45 minutes.

In the summer, there are 320 km of magnificent hiking trails to be explored, admiring peaks of over 4000 m, mountain bike trails, high mountain races, paragliding, bungee jumping, via ferrata, swimming pools, wellness facilities and numerous restaurants offering local gastronomy.

These 2 attic duplexes are sold together. They are located in a village house in the centre of the old village of St-Luc.
