Oberhofen is in a fantastic location in front of the Bernese Oberland Alpine massif, directly on Lake Thun and at around 558 meters. The town is very easy to reach both by car and by public transport. One STI bus station is in the village center and the other at Wichterheergut. In 15 minutes you can take the bus from Oberhofen to Thun. There you have direct connections to the SBB line. Thun train station is on the north-south axis of the SBB.
