The proximity of the prestigious resort of Gstaad, only two kilometers away, offers all desirable amenities, access to its ski area in winter and many sports activities during the summer.

These residences are ideal for anyone wishing to own a luxury property in the mountains, either as a primary or secondary residence.

Each apartment has a large cellar which will be equipped with ski lockers for 4 people (with heating for shoes) and a wine cabinet for about 170 bottles. A washing column will be installed for each lot that does not have a cabinet for the machines or a laundry room in the apartment.
