The cozy 2 ½ room apartment is located on the idyllic Tannenweg, right on the edge of the forest. The location on the 6th floor allows a wide and unobstructable view from the south-west balcony towards "Hörnli". In addition, the apartment door is in the immediate vicinity of the double lift. Short, comfortable routes are guaranteed.

Many wonderful hiking trails lead from the Rothornblick directly into the unique hiking area of Arosa. A short forest path leads from the front door to the popular mountain lido on the Untersee. In winter, a marked ski slope leads from the Hörnli valley station directly to the house entrance.

The apartment benefits from a lot of open living space. Well-being is guaranteed here. With a wonderful view of the mountains of Arosa, every meal, a "glass" in the evening and your fragrant coffee or tea in the morning becomes a special experience. An open fireplace in the spacious living room creates a cozy atmosphere in the cooler months of the year. In the living room there are two fold-away beds with two additional cupboards, so that 2 more people can easily find space.

In the entrance area / corridor there are two built-in cupboards and the cloakroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob with a steam hood, an oven, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. The bedroom has enough space for a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers. The bathroom includes a double sink, bathtub and toilet.

During the seasonal opening times you can use the infrastructure (sauna, tennis hall, restaurant with reservation) of the adjoining Robinson Club Hotel for a fee. In winter, a practical ski shuttle bus takes you to the mountain railways on the Obersee. You can also use the indoor swimming pool of the Robinson Club Hotel. Both are in the
annual additional costs included.

The apartment is currently rented through Arosa Holiday. The management agreement can be taken over. The management agreement can be terminated on April 30th or October 31st with a notice period of 6 months.

The apartment includes an underground parking space (CHF 35,000.00) and a cellar compartment in the basement, which can be reached by a double lift. Including furniture and inventory.
