2-room apartment in aparthotel as an investment opportunity

The furnished 2-room holiday apartment is located in the Clubhotel Davos. The 3-star sports and family hotel was built in 1980 as an aparthotel with a restaurant, bar, indoor swimming pool and sauna. As an apartment owner, you benefit on the one hand from the opportunity to spend your vacation in "your own four walls" and on the other hand the apartment is rented out as a hotel room and generates a return. The cooperation is regulated in a lease and business agreement. A classic "Swiss" breakfast buffet is available for guests in the spacious restaurant. Half-board is served in a familiar atmosphere in the evening.
