The cozy 2.5-room attic apartment is located in the Arnica apartment building in Davos Wiesen. From the third and top floor you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and far over the Albula valley towards Oberhalbstein. The tranquil village of Wiesen with around 300 inhabitants belongs politically to the municipality of Davos. Wiesen is the starting point for wonderful hikes. In winter, Wiesen offers winter walks, a panoramic cross-country ski run (4 km) and a children's ski lift.

Davos Wiesen can be easily reached all year round and is also easily accessible by public transport. The Postbus runs every hour on the Chur - Lenzerheide - Wiesen - Davos line. From Davos Wiesen you can reach the valley station of the Rinerhorn mountain railways with the family-friendly snow sports area and the toboggan run in just 15 minutes. It is a 20-minute drive to Davos Platz. To the west are the communities Schmitten, Alvaneu Dorf and Lenzerheide (20 km).
