The Neuchâtel history tells us that on the north-east side of the city, an opulent landowner named Rossel probably gave his name to his land on a rocky slope, rue du Crêt-Rossel.

The construction project includes three apartment buildings, two of which will be sold. They will comprise twelve apartments of 4.5 rooms, as well as 2 penthouses of 5.5 rooms, distributed on four levels, plus one, in the basement, reserved for the collective garage, cellars, buanderie, room with bicycles / strollers and technical room.

The buildings will try to obtain the precious Minergie label which comes in 3 basic principles to respect: solar thermal panels, controlled ventilation and triple glazing.
