Construction and general description
It is in La Chaux-du-Milieu, charming village in the heart of the Valley of La Brévine, in an exceptional natural setting, that is the project of renovation of an old hotel in a small EPP of 5 apartments.

Ideally located, the EPP is just 2 minutes walk from a grocery store, public transport and school, 20 minutes from La Chaux-de-Fonds and about 30 minutes from Neuchâtel.

This magnificent project of transformation and renovation of the building located at the rue du Temple 72 provides for the creation of 5 apartments ranging from 3.5 to 4.5 rooms, spread over 3 floors. In an ecological concern and in order to bring a thermal quality meeting the best current criteria, photovoltaic solar panels will be installed on the roofs in tiles, the insulation of the building will be completely redone and the windows replaced with triple glazing.

The building extends from north to south, with the west façade benefiting from the afternoon and evening sun. It will have a main entrance with common areas leading to the apartments, technical room and common laundry.

Each apartment will have its parking space under a covered car and a garage with upstairs a beautiful storage area (details below). Bike covers and mailboxes will be installed near the entrance of the building.

As for finishes (kitchen, bathrooms and flooring), sales prices include an adequate budget and each will choose its equipment, while respecting technical contingencies. The choice of materials will be made from the suppliers designated for this project. Expenses saved or conversely budget overruns will be subject to accurate accounting. The installation of chimney ducts remains possible in the 1st phase of the renovation.

The start of work is scheduled for spring-summer 2018, handing over the keys in the second half of 2019.
