The Melchtal Resort is centrally located at the entrance to the village. The bus stop is right in front of the house and takes you comfortably to the Melchsee-Frutt-Bahn valley station. From there there are various opportunities to have fun outdoors in summer and winter.

The 2½-room attic apartment is located in house C which is directly adjacent to house B. This has the advantage that you can get to the wellness area and restaurant via the garage without getting your feet wet. The apartment is also very suitable as a holiday apartment. It is located in an exciting place with a variety of leisure activities. It is also very suitable for renting. If more space is required, an intermediate floor can be inserted in the living room, which can provide space for an additional bed.
