The apartment house "TRIAS" was built in 1998 in a central, south-facing position. Corresponding hours of sunshine are pre-programmed as well as cozy splashing around in the beautiful natural swimming pond with a simultaneous view of the Churfirsten and the Säntis.

The cozy 4.5 room apartment on the ground floor was very well maintained and continuously maintained.
