In the beautiful municipality of Cantine di Caprino there is a welcoming house with only three residential units with separate entrances, located a few meters from the shores of Lake Ceresio, in a quiet position surrounded by greenery.

On the ground floor and first floor of the house there is a bright 3½-room apartment, with a living area of approx. 65 m². Upon entering the front door, you are greeted by a corridor with stairs. Going down the stairs you reach the ground floor, where there is the living area with a bright living room in which there is a pellet stove, the dining room, a storage room and the kitchen with a washing machine with integrated dryer as well as a large terrace with a wonderful view.

On the upper floor there are two spacious double bedrooms with a wonderful view of the lake and the city of Lugano, as well as a bathroom with shower.

The apartment can be reached by public transport such as the postbus or the scheduled boat, by a private boat or on foot from the San Rocco car park (approximately 5 - 10 minutes).

The pier is located a few meters from the house. Furthermore, public berths are available.

The location on the lake and at the foot of the wooded Monte Caprino is ideal for lovers of water sports and excursions.

Die Schiffanlegestelle liegt only wenige Meter vom House entfernt. Ausserdem stehen öffentliche Bootsplätze zur Verfügung.
